Lipski switches schools, sports
Former Ashland High multi-sport athlete Matt Lipski, who accepted a full-ride scholarship to play football at the University of Montana, has transfered to College of the Redwoods, where he will switch to his first love – basketball. I just got off the phone with Matt a few minutes ago and he sounds excited about the upcoming season, which begins this weekend. He said he’s shed 60 pounds and will play alongside former AHS teammate Austin Raymond.
I’ll get a story about this in the paper soon.
