Aussie burger joint’s antidote to an unwanted gathering of teenagers? Why it’s opera, of course

So you’re tired of teenagers hanging out at your place of business? One Australian McDonald’s turned to a bunch of dead composers and unleashed the most terrible fury adolescent ears could imagine — the strains of  opera.

It seems to have worked, but the plan is still under review.

Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday and Green Monday or Tuesday could all add up to a lot of red ink for unwary consumers, leading to a very Blue Christmas.
Taking advantage of all those sales without a plan, says the Association of Independent Credit Counseling Agencies, is a road map to ruin. The organization suggests sitting down ahead of time and know what you can afford to spend. When paying, use cash, checks or debit cards; credit cards create temptation to buy something that’s not on your list.
“While credit cards are the safest option for online shopping,” says the AICCA. “Be sure you have a plan to pay in the cards off immediately, or at least in 90 days or less.”
