Raiders open season with 32-28 win

Sophomore Brandon Baldwin rushed for 195 yards as Southern Oregon University successfully opened the 2009 football season with a 32-28 victory over Eastern Washington today at Raider Stadium in Ashland. Mike Barry did his part today to get near the projected cut line in the U.S. Amateur, shooting even-par 70 at Cedar Ridge for a two-day total of 8-over-par 148.
