Raiders open season with 32-28 win

Sophomore Brandon Baldwin rushed for 195 yards as Southern Oregon University successfully opened the 2009 football season with a 32-28 victory over Eastern Washington today at Raider Stadium in Ashland. The U.S. Amateur Web site, www.usamateur.org, now lists the projected cut to match play at 148, which would put Medford’s Mike Barry in on the number.
