I came across this blog through our resurgent Twitter activity. With Mark McGwire back in the news with a St. Louis Cardinals get-together over the weekend, it seemed appropriate.
There seemed to be excessive panning of how McGwire delivered his apology, and even after he said he was sorry a hundred times, it wasn’t enough. Like manager Tony LaRussa said, how many times and different ways does it have to be said before people move on. But that’s the age we live in now.
